Each recital is digitally recorded and copied to CD, as well as video.  This is a very valuable keepsake to have as students develop.

Having a CD is also something concrete to show for all the work and practice.  Much like a painting or work of art, a student can show friends their CDs.

The monthly goal of a CD is a short term goal that is easily achievable and helps to keep students motivated and focused.

If you are using a modem, I would not try to download CD or video samples.  If you have a cable or DSL connection you should be fine.
