The one hour piano lesson is the traditional teacher-student piano lesson.  For younger children who are just beginning or playing relatively small pieces, there are two half-hour lessons during the week.  Parents are always welcome, and in fact, preferred to sit in on the lessons, especially for younger children.  Parental involvement in these lessons can easily help their child develop at a more substantial rate, as well as create a solid piano foundation.
